Jeremy Kruid — Founder & CEO

Jeremy Kruid is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tutor Chat AI Inc., a higher-education technology company focused on institutional AI tutoring. A former U.S. Marine with a combat deployment, Jeremy brings discipline, resilience, and mission-driven leadership to product and operations.

As a Master’s candidate in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning at CSU Global and 12 years experience in developing software, Jeremy combines technical depth with a focus on institutional implementation. Under his leadership, Tutor Chat AI supports college and university deployments with D2L/Brightspace LTI 1.3 live now, Canvas in the pipeline, and co-branding available now.

Bobbi Alexandrova — Fractional CTO & Strategic Advisor

Bobbi Alexandrova is an Engineering executive and startup advisor with 27+ years of experience. Most recently SVP, Engineering at Loopio, she led the organization through growth from 30 to 100 engineers in a globally distributed team. Previously, she served as VP, Technology at Xplor Technology.

Bobbi has co-founded startups three times and currently advises several early-stage companies.

Nico Suarez — Finance Executive & Startup Advisor

Nico Suarez is a finance executive and startup advisor with nearly a decade of experience who has executed $3B+ in transactions for healthcare, consumer products, software, and manufacturing companies. He provides M&A advisory, capital raising, and fractional CFO services to independent sponsors, software, manufacturing, and e-commerce entrepreneurs.

He was the seventh employee at Heyday (now Essor), an e-commerce brand platform backed by General Catalyst and Khosla Ventures, where he helped scale the organization from 7 to 200+ employees. He previously spent three years at PGIM Private Capital executing middle-market debt and equity transactions. Nico holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
